Munich, Fürstenrieder Straße
In the west of Munich, in Fürstenrieder Strasse, there is the former BECK department store. For this plot of land, TC developed and planned an IBIS and ETAP hotel for a private investor. The mandate incorporated the procurement of building rights, the architecture, the concept planning and tenancy agreement negotiations with ACCOR.
