The underground car park

The underground car park is a private underground car park, i.e. the owner of the object is reserved the right to decide whom the places in the car park are rented out to. A total of 191 underground parking spaces are being built on three lower levels. Each individual underground parking level can be easily reached by lift. The underground car park concept envisages a high level of car parking quality characterised by a modern lighting concept for light and friendly illumination and appealing wall and road surface colours.

The underground car park is under video surveillance 24 hours a day; it is linked to the security and reception service via monitors. The entrance and exit are also protected by a barrier and at night additionally by a roll gate.

It is envisaged that a part of the underground car park will be provided for long-term tenants and some of the spaces for short-term parkers. The underground car park is entered and exited on Realtanoda Street.
