The building features a stylish four-star hotel, A-class offices, a restaurant and a shopping passage. The commission-free letting of the offices and shop surfaces is accomplished by TerraConsult.

After the topping out ceremony held last July, the final works of First Site are in full speed and progress is noticeable every day as the grand opening is drawing closer. This mixed-use development has all the potential to bring along the long-awaited revival of the formerly prominent shopping street, Kossuth Lajos utca.
In addition to the 'A' class offices of 3,300m², a four star Eurostars Hotel of 168 rooms and 12 exclusive suites, managed by Spanish Hotusa Hotel, a medical and fitness center and a number of retail units will offer a wide range of services.

The Roosevelt Self Service Restaurant on the ground floor will be operated by Kühne & Szalai, a company that has been running a similar restaurant in another elegant office building at Roosevelt square. The restaurant in First Site will not only serve the tenants of the building but will be open to the public guests as well.

The Margit Kovács fountain from the foyer of Úttöro department store, a protected art relic will be installed -after substantial restoration at our costs- in the courtyard of First Site and will soon be accessible to those who have not seen it for a long time."

Mr. Kaufmann added: "Having realized that this is an area with an infamous lack of parking possibilities, we went one step further and provided public parking on the minus one level of our underground garage. We hope by this we can contribute with our own means to the easing of downtown parking problems."

The project was acquired by UNIQA Real Estate as investor in early 2006, and the construction started in spring 2008 with an investment volume of approx. € 35 million.
