Four-Star Hotel

The hotel is organised in accordance with the requirements of the hotel operator. The high-class standard is that of a four-star hotel. By optimising the tightly-packed room and function programme of the operator, the main areas of the hotel - hotel lobby and restaurant, conference zone and hotel rooms (180 rooms including 12 suites) could be planned so as to be attractive and of high quality.
The hotel is organised over 10 upper storeys. On the ground floor is the elegant hotel lobby with the entrance to the restaurant and above it, on the first floor, is the conference floor. From the second to the tenth floor the hotel rooms are grouped around the glass-roofed courtyard or along the inner courtyard and the Kossuth Lajos Utca.

In addition to the realisation of the basic functions such as reception, hotel bar and waiting areas etc., the main idea of the hotel lobby was to create an elegant area and a link to the passage. The hotel lobby is an integral part of the passage which is flooded with light, open to the passage with large areas of glass, and to Kossuth Lajos Street.
The elegant main entrance lies in the two-storey entrance to the passage on Kossuth Lajos Street, while a second entrance leads directly out of the passage into the lobby with reception area and additional rooms. 
The entrance to the hotel and to the conference area on the 1st floor becomes a real experience by means of a two-storey glass hall in the passage area. The hotel rooms, and above them, the sky, can be seen through the glass roof of this hall. This creates a generous and spacious impression. 
From the lobby, a group of lifts and a staircase leads to the upper and lower floors. A generous outdoor staircase leads to the conference area and breakfast room on the 1st floor. The kitchen and further rooms serving hotel functions are also located here.

The conference floor offers variable conference rooms with a generous entrance area, suitable for a cloakroom, reception, buffet etc. The conference rooms can be easily adapted to the different requirements of the guests and clients. Here too the link to the passage and the glass-roofed courtyard is a central element which serves to illuminate the area and create a special kind of space. 

The 2nd floor which illuminates the hotel rooms starts from the 2nd floor. Further rooms are lit from Kossuth Lajos Road and the large interior courtyard. 
As from the 8th floor, the floor area of the hotel is reduced on the west side. A swimming pool could be provided on the remaining roof area on the east side. The fitness and wellness area is on the 10th floor. 
The junior and presidential suites face the quiet inner courtyard of the building complex. The south-westerly orientation of the rooms allows excellent lighting.
