Business Zone

Commercial spaces were planned for the other areas e.g. office and retail units. The adaptation of the planning to conform with Hungarian rules and regulations as well as the submission for planning consent was done by Studio Materv in Budapest.
The office building has 6 floors above ground. There are areas with heavy customer traffic (shops, offices etc.) on the ground floor. Inside the passage is the entry to the building with the staircase and the lifts which give access to the upper and lower floors of the building.
