Address: Srednefontanskaya Str. 31-34 Size of property: approx. 10.500 m² Building law: Restricted to sixteen floors Concept: Office park with retail stores and hotel with conference rooms as well as options for extension for two adjoining plots of land Due to the new market conditions the planning is modified. The new planning provides a hotel of same size and a connected office building.
