Company PortraitTerra Consult was established in 2002 and is a member of the Walk Group which started its real estate activities in 1908 and has operations in a whole host of real estate projects, supplies integrated problem solutions, develops construction projects, primarily hotels, at home and abroad and supports both investors and constructors.
In the company's long history, a whole variety of real estate projects have been implemented. Industrial parks were developed, supermarkets built, real estate projects realised in collaboration with authorities, apartments and detached housing built and our own real estate managed. The chain of experience is extensive and also includes the sale of real estate. Several hundred real estate properties have already been sold.
TerraConsult acts as an initiator itself for commercial projects and has detailed constructor knowledge. At the moment, TC is carrying out the construction of the 'First Site' hotel and business complex' in Budapest.
